Fallen Stars is a collection comprised of twelve left-overs related to Starro's invasions. Those items are available during the event Starro the Conqueror.

Most of those drop as loot from the event's instances. One item must be bought and is solely available from the Equipment Supplier Starro in the Central City Starro Deluge Zone or the headquarters.
