Dr. Louise Lincoln, better known as Killer Frost, was a metahuman criminal and a member of the Suicide Squad. She was imbued with cryokinetic abilities, which allowed her to commit several crimes.
Background[]
Doctor Louise Lincoln was a colleague and friend to Crystal Frost, the first Killer Frost. After her friend died, she decided to repeat the experiment as a last respect to her former mentor, and became the new Killer Frost. She became just as ruthless as her predecessor and began her own personal vendetta against Firestorm, whom she blamed for Frost's death. She briefly served as a member of the Suicide Squad and sold her soul to demon Neron for more power.

- Killer Frost can be found in the VIP Room of The Gotham Tap Room Nightclub. She gives out the OMAC related story mission that takes place around the Gotham City Knightsdome Sporting Complex.
- Killer Frost also appears in the Smallville Alert, assisting in the fight against Doomsday alongside Deathstroke, Bizarro and Solomon Grundy.
