Arkham Island is a small island between the main land and Gotham City. A small bypass on the way to the city, the island is notorious for being the location of the Arkham Asylum.
The island is connected to Gotham via Westward Bridge, the bridge itself runs straight through the northern segment of the island, connecting onto the Trigate Bridge which leads across to Gotham County on the mainland.

- The Base Theme: Cave location Arkham Asylum Cavern is possibly an allusion to the satellite batcave that appeared in the Batman: Arkham Asylum videogame.
