The H.I.V.E. Mothership is a heavy aerial craft affiliated with H.I.V.E. (Hierarchy of International Vengeance and Extermination).
Slow and ponderous, what it losses in agility and speed it more than makes up for in firepower and defensive ability.
Like the smaller H.I.V.E. Light Aircraft, the mothership is capable of operating in environments with or without an atmosphere, making it as much an aircraft as a spacecraft.
Boasting an armament that includes two forward rotating guns and two dual-barrel cannons on its upper carapace, the aircraft is able to hover and perform acrobatic maneuvers similar to the insect on which it is designed thanks to its vibrational wing system (albeit slowly).
