Plot:
As the city celebrates Luthor as their new hero due to his returning the Daily Planet building, the Justice League convenes in the Batcave to discuss Superman's behaviour.
Meanwhile the residents of the Daily Planet begin displaying new powers while Superman himself starts losing control of his, resulting in a frame-up concocted by Luthor.
