Doctor Sarah Charles is an intern working for S.T.A.R. Labs.
Background[]
When Cyborg had his cyborg parts successfully replaced, he underwent recuperative physical therapy under the direction of Dr. Sarah Charles. Sarah was tough on Vic, but the two were immediately and undeniably attracted to each other.
This attraction soon blossomed into a full-blown romance. Sarah also continued to work at S.T.A.R. Labs, but as a scientist rather than a physical therapist.
Soon, Dr. Charles received a job offer to work in S.T.A.R. Labs' West Coast branch. This would put a major strain on her relationship with Vic. Regardless, she took the job as she and Vic continued a long-distance relationship
After his body was nearly destroyed in a conflict with the Wildebeest Society, Victor Stone was rebuilt as a mindless Cyborg by Russian scientists. Eventually, a group of technological aliens came to Earth and tried to fuse Cyborg's soul with theirs. These beings, called the Technis, transformed Cyborg into Cyberion. Sarah continued to be supportive during the whole ordeal and was devastated when Vic left earth with the Technis.

- Following increased Paradox Reaper activity in Central City, Charles works to discover the cause and instructs New Heroes in supporting STAR Labs forces against the Reapers before allowing them access to the Cosmic Treadmill to deal with the source of the Paradox activity.
- At Level 12, Heroes talk to her to begin the Meta Malpractice Mission.
- Doctor Sarah Charles is a taskmaster for the mission Sewers in Spring during the Springtime event.
