The Superpowered Hero is an Exobyte enhanced New Hero. Once an ordinary citizen until Future Lex Luthor unleashed a wave of Exobytes upon the Earth, he now works with the Justice League of America to fight for the greater good.

- Level 28 Superpowered Heroes appear in the carpark of the Knightsdome Sporting Complex.
- Superpowered Heroes appear in the Gorilla Island alert for hero players. Having being captured by Ultra-Humanite, players must free them as they progress through the alien ship.
