Blast your enemies with freezing air, damaging and knocking them down.
Power Interactions : Enemies with Frostbite may be rooted in place and form an Icy Field damaging nearby enemies.

Increases all damage by 35% until the hit counter resets

Bitter Winds, Inescapable Storm, Snow Devil and Wintry Tempest can be used to set up Freeze Wave to form an Icy Field.
