Gadgets
Specializing in crowd Control abilities, Gadgets is a Power Set available for a character during Character Creation. Characters with the gadget power will find themselves pulling out all manner of devices from their pockets and pouches. On the front lines, a well-placed gadget will help you control not only the enemy but the battlefield itself. Gadget characters are crafty and use their heads to place their devices strategically to achieve victory.


TrapsEdit

Slip through the shadows and deploy cunning gadgets to manipulate the battlefield!
Specializing in this tree grants +5% Critical Attack Damage and +1 Stealth.

Controller Role :  In the Controller role you gain 350 Vitalization, your Dominance is increased by 100% and the strength of all Controller effects is significantly magnified.

Player versus Player: While in the Controller role you have a special advantage versus Nature, Sorcery, Electricity and Celestial users. Your harmful super powers remove their shielding effects and severely reduce their ability to heal in the Healing role. Using harmful super powers against them inspires Confidence within you, briefly increasing your damage by 135%.

Throw a taser line around your target, damaging, stunning, and pulling it toward you.

Power Interactions : Electrifies enemies, making them vulnerable to Electrified Power Interactions.
Control Role : Restores Power to group members over time
Damage Role : Increases all damage by 35% until the hit counter resets.

Fear Gas

Sprays a cone of fear gas to panic enemies and cause damage over time.

Vulnerable to Interrupt
Power Interactions : Inflicts Burning on Electrified enemies; Burning or Electrified enemies will explode, while Frostbitten enemies may become encased.
Control Role : Stuns and Panics opponents.
Damage Role : Increases all damage by 35% until the hit counter resets.

Cloaks your movements in secrecy, enabling special stealth attacks:

Stealth is removed on zone and is Usable in Combat.

Defibrillator

With a jolt, instantly revitalize your group's three most fatigued members, restoring Power. Also increase your Might and Precision for a short time.
Applies +77 Might and +62 Precision for 6 seconds.

Damage Role : Increases all damage by 35% until the hit counter resets.

Bunker Buster

Call down a barrage of rockets, incinerating enemies within the area. Enemies caught in the barrage can be heavily damaged, stunned, rooted, and knocked down.

Deploy a mine that explodes on enemy contact, damaging and knocking them down. Mine lasts for 3 minutes.

Retains Stealth : Vulnerable to Interrupt

Control Role : Stuns all enemies hit by the Thermite Mine explosion.

Battle Drone

Deploys an automated drone that bombards enemies, damaging and knocking them down. The Battle Drone also revitalizes your group, restoring Power over time. When the Battle Drone is knocked out, it will instantly revitalize you and nearby group members, restoring Power.

Gauss Grenade

Toss a charged grenade that zaps enemies with a high-intensity electrical burst, damaging and stunning them.

Usable While Controlled
Power Interactions : Electrifies enemies, making them vulnerable to Electrified Power Interactions. Frostbitten enemies take additional damage.
Control Role : Reduces Defense by 7% and Toughness by 10%.
Damage Role : Increases all damage by 45% until the hit counter resets.

Control Role : Ground enemies. Reduces Healing In by 25% and Healing Out by 50%. Removes any Healer type shielding and Power Over Time effects.

Trigger a holographic decoy to intercept some of your incoming damage and to taunt enemies. On initialization, the deployment stuns nearby enemies.
Transfers 25% of incoming damage to decoy.

Grants Ability: Self-Destruct Signal
Trigger your Holographic Decoy or Suppressor Turret to self-destruct once their firing cycle ends (unless affected by irresistible control effects).
Also detonates any nearby Implosion Mines or Thermite Mines.

Smash a smoke capsule that prevents incoming damage and protects against control effects for a short time. Enemies are detaunted and compelled to seek other targets.

Anesthetic

Initialize a local anesthetic that prevents incoming damage, rapidly regenerates Health, and protect against control effects for a short time.

Suppressor Turret

Deploy a mobile turret armed with a range of ammunition.
Hold the Suppressor Turret button for three seconds to banish it.

Power Interactions : Inflicts Burning to make enemies vulnerable to burning effects.
Control Role : Fires cryogenic rounds to Frostbite enemies, making them vulnerable to freezing, stun grenades or taser line to Electrify enemies, making them vulnerable to electrified power effects, or a Stasis Encasement to damage an enemy over time.

Deploy a canister of gas that suffocates enemies within its area of effect, stunning and causing heavy damage over time.

Vortex Cannon

Assault the senses of your enemies with a vortex of air, light, and sound, damaging, knocking down, and possibly rooting and stunning them.

Control Role : Reduces the target's damage output by 7% and removes any active Damage buff.
Damage Role : Increases all damage by 45% until the hit counter resets.

Napalm Grenade

Toss a grenade at your enemies that explodes, knocking them down and catching them on fire.

Power Interactions : Inflicts Burning on enemies to cause damage over time.

Control Role : Stuns up to two enemies. Reduces Healing In by 25% and Healing Out by 50%. Removes any Healer type shielding and Power Over Time effects.
