The Madame Dea is a villainous spell-caster aligned with the mages terrorizing Metropolis Chinatown.
Involvement[]
She must be defeated for the Penance mission. She can be found "perched" atop the roof of Mannheim's Chinese Theater. Using her powerful amulet she has robbed citizens of their souls and left them to roam the streets as thralls. Magent Adreus has requested help in freeing Madame Dea from her greed and Faust's evil by defeating her in combat.
