Magistrates are created by the Spectre in his rage. They are very similar to Vengeful Spirits. After taking a few hits, they turn into Enraged Magistrates. 15 of each type of Enraged spirits must be lured to the Purification sphere of the Sentinels of Magic during Reaping Evil.
