The Oan Sciencells were constructed to contain the most ruthless criminals in the universe. With the rising of the Sinestro Corps, the sciencells currently hold such prisoners as Lyssa Drak, Evil Star, and Krona. The Green Lantern Voz acts as warden of the sciencells.
