Skills are various attacks or innate boosts purchased by skill points, similar to how individual Powers are learned with power points.

One skill point is required to unlock a Weapon Type. Further skill points in that branch provides damaging combos and passive buffs.

One skill point is awarded for every odd level, and they could also be earned through Feats. One skill point is awarded for every 100 feat points earned.
